Shipping Policy
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form.
The order is delivered according to the shipping method chosen by the Customer and is delivered directly to the recipient's mailbox. The recipient will be able to track the progress of their order with the tracking number that will be sent to them by email when their order is shipped.
No deliveries can be made to a hotel or PO box address.
Isaliya is committed to shipping all orders within 12h to 96h. However, during busy periods such as Christmas, Isaliya reserves the right to ship after 96h.
*When it is indicated that delivery is free, it is a tracked letter shipment.
What are the delivery times?
From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are 2 to 4 working days by Standard Delivery (Tracking Letter or Colissimo with tracking number) in France, 3 to 8 days for the rest of the world except the overseas departments, the times are 11 to 18 working days.
It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the Customer after registration of the order may result in an extension of the delivery time.
If Isaliya is unable to deliver on the date indicated or within the time period indicated when ordering, the customer will have the option (after having contacted Isaliya at this address contact.isaliya@gmail.com to send the order within a reasonable time period) to obtain cancellation of the order under the conditions provided for in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code, i.e. by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
