Returns
It may be that all or part of your order does not suit you and that is why ISALIYA offers the possibility of returning jewelry, accessories... for a refund. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a refund (excluding jewelry and accessories worn).
If a defect is found on a piece of jewelry, please contact our customer service within 72 hours. so that we can find a solution for you. Your return package must be returned under the same conditions as a standard return, i.e. a maximum of 14 days after receipt.
The shipping costs for a return will be covered by our services only if the product has a defect.
The following conditions must be met:
- Complete the return form available below.
- Place the item(s) and the return form in the original packaging as you received them.
- Send the package with tracking to: Returns and Refunds Department - Souraya HIJAZI - ISALIYA - 5 bis rue des genêts - 60500 Chantilly
Please note that jewelry undergoes quality control before each shipment, so worn, defective jewelry, and jewelry that does not meet the above conditions cannot be refunded.
Once the returned jewel has been received, we will check that the conditions have been respected and will proceed with the refund on the payment method used when ordering.
You will only receive an email from us once the return has been processed. The return processing time is 7-10 days.
Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Also, we strongly advise you to keep the postal receipt of your return in order to have proof of your shipment, in case your package is lost.
